Every year women’s day is celebrated on 8th of March. Shield foundation is organizing a huge women’s day program on 5th March 2020 which is on upcoming Thrusday. The theme for this program will be “Gender Equality”. The duration of program will be from 9;30 am to 2;00 pm.

There will be a rally which is organized for the students of Nursing and Ites. Starting point of rally will be from Kamrajar School to Matunga labour camp center. Program will have a open forrum where some slideshow of movies dedicated to women’s life will be potrayed and audience as well as the guest can speak a few lines on each clipping. The open forrum will have guests of 5 famous personalities who being a women has immensely worked for society. Some cultural program will also be organized by the young students as well as senior citizens.

Lastly there will be prize distribution and felicitation ceremony done by Swati Ingole the trustee and managing secretary.
