Swati Ingole, MSW (Master of Social Work), has been providing social work services to underprivileged populations in Mumbai for over 12 years. She served as Coordinator for FOGSI’s Kishori (Adolescent Empowerment) Project, an initiative run in conjunction with LTMG Hospital and SNEHA. She also worked as Secretary for F North Ward Senior Citizens Association, an initiative of Family Welfare Organisation for four years, tackling various problems senior citizens faced and organizing community events. With this same passion to serve poor and needy, Shield Foundation was founded by her in 2009- 2010. She has had the privilege of working on research-based projects funded by UNICEF, FOGSI, and others, providing invaluable experience for her current role.
She has passed B.A. and is a homemaker. She is known for her strength and independence as an individual. She provided motivation to the founder for serving society, and has always stood behind the team through any crisis situation. She has served several needy people on a personal basis, including individuals in need for cataract surgery. She is also helping the team in building the organization’s base at Nagpur.
She has passed B.A. and has done a Diploma in Economics. She retired as Branch Manager in Central Bank of India. She was President of the Lioness Club of Bandra (Red Rose) for 3 tenures over the last 20 years. She has also served as Secretary for Five Garden’s Senior Citizens Association for the last 10 years. She was a President of the F North Ward Senior Citizens Association, an initiative of the Family Welfare Organisation.
Her qualifications include a BA in sociology from TTC and a Diploma in special education. She is a special educator, working with mentally challenged children and children with academic and learning disabilities, and also is a social worker in the field of education. In the past, she has worked in women empowerment and counselling programmes.
He retired from Reserve Bank of India nearly 5 years back and since then he’s actively involved for the cause of elderly. He is Secretary of FESCOM (Federation for Senior Citizens of Maharashtra), Mumbai Region. He has been actively involved in advocacy for the cause of elderly. He is actively involved in sensitizing BMC for the cause of elderly and successful in making BMC sensitive towards the cause of elderly.
She holds a master’s degree in science, diploma in computer programming, and bachelor’s degree in library science. She taught computer science in school up to 10th class level for few years. Now she is a senior computer instructor in our foundation for vocational courses. She is very much motivated for social causes and helps the foundation for raising fund.
She is highly motivated for social cause. As per need of the organization, she actively provides with her services on honorary basis. She is currently doing M.B.B.S, and has a dream to serve the society with her education. Currently she has supported the organization in communication and networking.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from SNDT Women’s University. She has over 2 years of experience in the Corporate field and has been associated with Shield Foundation since July 2018. She is accountable for streamlining and managing the Human Resources and Administrative aspect of the entire Organization.
He Holds graduation degree from Mumbai University. When come to know Power of Training, Start carrier as mobilizer at various area of Rural Maharashtra. Work with AL&FS, Future Group and ITC on their CSR project. Master Trainer of Future Group. Having experience of more than 10 years of Managing training center. Currently he is working in Shield Foundation under the Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART – T Project Mumbra as a Center Manager.
He holds a Bachelor Degree In Business Administration (B.B.A) from Sikkim Manipal Open University. He has 12 years’ work experience in Education Field. Now he is working in Shield Foundation under the Tech Mahindra Foundation, SMART Project Mumbra as a Placement Officer.
His qualification includes a B.ScIT from Kirti College. Currently he is working in Shield Foundation as a Placement Officer. He has worked in Sai Organization as a Project Manager and Monitoring-Evaluation Officer. He has also worked in MDACS as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer.
His qualification is H.S.C and he has also done Diploma In Mechanical. He has 25 years’ work experience in Aboard and India in Welding Industry. Now he is working in Shield Foundation under the Tech Mahindra Foundation, SMART Project Mumbra as a Welding Instructor.
She has completed HSC in Science and RGNM Nursing Course from Kranti Nursing School, Ahmednagar. She has 2 years’ work experience in Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital, Kandivali as a Nurse. She has work experience in Diabetic Foot Care Clinic as a Nurse. She has also worked in LTMG BMC Hospital as a Nurse. Currently she is working in Shield Foundation, Dharavi as a Nursing Instructor.
She holds a Master Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University. She has 3 years experience in Teaching Field Working as an administrator and Lecturer. Worked in Edubridge Learning Pvt.Ltd. as a Executive Trainer and Handle the CSR Project collaboration with HDFC Bank, NSDC & amp, Skill India, Voltas, Ambuja, Navrachna, TATA strive, Udyogini, Manipal-city& Guilds (MCG). Currently working with Shield Foundation as a Soft Skill Trainer under the Tech. Mahindra Foundation Smart-T Project – Mumbra.
His Qualification is HSC from Purchasing and storekeeping from Bandra Urdu School. He holds a certificate of sales from ICICI Academy also holds diploma in Hardware and Networking And Advance MS Office. He has work experience in BPO sector. He worked in Vodafone MCSL India Limited as a Collection executive and Back Office Executive. He also Worked in Quickr.com as a sales executive (Business development) Currently he is working in Shield Foundation under the Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART Project Dharavi as a BPO Instructor.
She holds a Master of Social Work degree from S.N.D.T Women’s University, Churchgate. Currently she is working in Shield Foundation under the Tech Mahindra Foundation SMART Project Dharavi as a Soft Skill Trainer. She has a varied experience of working as a Customer Service Executive, Back Office Executive and Career Counselor which has helped her mold into this profile.
He holds a Bachelor degree in commerce and Arabic language as well. He has 2 years work experience in corporate field and he has 6 years work experience of Teaching job. Currently he is working in Shield Foundation as a Community Mobilizer.
She has completed M.A in Non Formal Education & Development from S.N.D.T Women’s Universirty, Churchgate. She has worked in Salaam Bombay Foundation as a Project Facilitator. Currently she is working in Shield Foundation as a Community Mobilizer.
She has completed SSC in 1995.She could not complete her further education due to health constrain but her strong inner spirit and zeal makes her work in social sector .She is associated with Shield foundation since 2012. She contributes in organizing the weekly health camps, Skill deveploment programmes,Awareness programme and other events at Matunga centre.
She has completed her H.S.C from Navhind Junior College, Shindewadi. She is pursuing her Bachelor degree from Mahatma Public Night College, Parel. Now she is working in Shield Foundation as a Community Outreach Worker. She has Good Communication and Rapport Building Skills.
